I have not found one that we have particularly like, and I am tired of used jarred spaghetti sauce.Danielle Shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10306674300367273732noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7262233951368399691.post-34905495908216431792011-07-08T11:42:42.763-07:002011-07-08T11:42:42.763-07:00We use a little garlic powder in the pizza dough -...We use a little garlic powder in the pizza dough - gives it a nice flavor. For our sauce, we use crushed tomatoes and seasonings to taste - usually onion/garlic powders, a smidge of olive oil, and some italian seasoning. We heat ours up a bit to cook in some of the flavors and out a little of the water, but not much. It does make for some great pizzas.

And a caution for anyone who wants to use whole wheat flour - it's doable, but makes for a very dense crust. Experiment to find what works well for you.

Now I want to make pizza, even if it is > 100 degrees outside. :-)Peter Schotthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08234754312915202260noreply@blogger.com
